Episode Summary & Review
Summary
“Inside Job” When Superman is infected with a nanobot swarm that is sucking up Superman’s solar energy upon being shot into him by Lex Luthor, Atom shrinks Batman and Wonder Woman down to micro size so that they can enter his bloodstream and dispose of the nanobot swarm by disposing of the nanobot queen.
Our Take
A fun high-concept romp that shrinks two of the big three down to Fantastic Voyage territory inside Superman himself. The internal body scenes are genuinely creative, and the nanobot queen makes for a surprisingly decent villain in a short runtime. It moves fast and never wears out its welcome, which is basically the show’s whole appeal. Worth ten minutes of anybody’s time.
