Justice League Action
Our Review
The underrated bite-size Justice League: eleven-minute episodes, a rotating cast of dozens of DC heroes and villains, and a jokes-first sensibility that plays like the DCAU’s funniest grandkid. Kevin Conroy’s Batman anchors a League that includes the Question, Plastic Man, Zatanna, Booster Gold, and Space Cabbie (yes, really, and it works), with Mark Hamill returning as the Joker.
It’s fast-paced superhero comedy with actual canon fluency — episodes riff on crisis events and C-listers (the Fatal Five, Klarion the Witch Boy, Etrigan) with the confidence of writers who know the deep cuts. Kids loved it; adults discovered the best DC comedy since Brave and the Bold. Perfect lunch-break television.
Verdict: Watch it with a kid or when you want DC to be pure fun.
