A back to basics Spider-Man cartoon that feels like the classic comics: Peter Parker, broke teenager, juggling school, a job, and supervillains who keep robbing the place he works. The friendly retro art style is a breath of fresh air after decades of cinematic universes.
It is not breaking new ground and does not need to. This is just great Spider-Man storytelling with heart.
