Episode Summary & Review

Summary

Reed has second thoughts about selling out the Mutant Underground to Sentinel Services. Meanwhile, Dreamer takes extreme measures to help Clarice focus her portal generating power, and Caitlin turns to her brother for help.

Our Take

This one’s mostly table-setting, moving pieces into place without much payoff. The Clarice storyline gets the most interesting material, though it leans hard on a memory twist that feels more convenient than earned. Caitlin’s family visit gives the show some needed grounding in the human world. A middling hour that coasts on goodwill from the first two episodes, but the ending promises things pick up soon.
