Summary
The Protostar’s reunion with Voyager has unexpected side effects, bouncing the crew between alternate realities, including the Mirror Universe.
Our Take
A fun high-concept hour that mostly delivers, trading emotional weight for reality-hopping spectacle. The Mirror Universe detour is the highlight, with some genuinely clever visual switches, though the middle stretch repeats its own trick a few too many times. Robert Beltran clearly has a blast playing a different Chakotay. Lightweight, but a solid break before the endgame.
