Summary
Burnham and Tilly hunt the killer of a Starfleet officer as Stamets and the science team race against the clock to prevent the anomaly from killing anyone else.
Our Take
A middling hour that splits its focus between a murder investigation and anomaly panic, and neither half fully lands. The Burnham and Tilly material has some nice character moments, but the mystery resolves too neatly to feel earned. Watchable, though you won’t miss much if you skip it.
