Summary
Alisa tells Jessica how she ended up with IGH, and how she was once a part of Jessica’s life.
Our Take
This is the flashback-heavy hour of the season, and it mostly works because Janet McTeer sells the tragedy even when the writing gets soapy. The younger Jessica casting is distractingly off, and some of the IGH backstory feels like a lore dump. Still, it’s an emotional middle chapter that finally makes you care about the season’s central relationship. Worth watching, if not thrilling.
