Summary
Ash and Kelly go to the county morgue to recover the Necronomicon and face a bad ass bad ass. Meanwhile, Ruby realizes that Pablo has a connection to her Book.
Our Take
The morgue setting gives this one plenty of gross-out material, and the show leans into it hard, maybe too hard at times when the gore stalls the momentum. Ruby and Pablo’s subplot is quietly doing the season’s heavier lifting. A fun, messy hour that coasts on shock value more than story, but it’s still an easy watch for fans.
