Korvo and Terry crash land in middle America and disagree about everything: one wants to fix the ship and leave, the other loves pizza and fun. Meanwhile, the shrunken humans in the Wall build their own society in a backyard terrarium, and those sections became one of TV’s strangest and best serialized dramas.
The main plot is goofy sci fi comedy, the Wall is genuinely gripping, and the mix works. It sagged slightly after co creator Justin Roiland’s exit, but the show found its footing again.
Our take: 7.5/10.
