Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Following his resurrection, the Lord Commander attempts to pry information about Mooncake’s whereabouts out of Avocato, forcing him to relive his dark past. Meanwhile, Quinn continues to hide her sickness from Gary.
Our Take
This one leans hard on Avocato’s backstory, and mostly it works because the Lord Commander makes for a genuinely unsettling interrogator. The flashbacks give the character some weight, though the emotional beats get a bit repetitive by the halfway mark. The Quinn subplot is thinner than it should be. A solid mid-tier episode, worth watching for fans but nothing here will convert anyone new.
