Summary
An otherworldly encounter puts Tree Trunks on the trail of a conspiracy in the Candy Kingdom.
Our Take
Tree Trunks gets a genuinely weird one here, and the show leans into her oddball energy instead of playing it safe. The alien abduction angle is played mostly for laughs, but there’s a real paranoid undercurrent that keeps things interesting. It’s a strange, funny half hour that rewards longtime fans who know how bizarre this character can get. Worth a watch, even if it flies off the rails a bit by the end.
