Our Take
A quiet, sweet episode that leans on Jake’s history of being a terrible dad, which gives the jokes some real weight. The skateboard plot is thin and the pacing drifts in the middle, but the character work between Jake and Kim Kil Whan lands nicely. Not essential viewing, but a pleasant enough half hour if you like the show’s softer side.
