Our Take
A weird detour into sword-and-sorcery territory that mostly works because it commits to the bit. Daniel and Grimlock stumbling through a fantasy world is silly, but Grimlock’s deadpan loyalty steals every scene he’s in. The plot logic falls apart if you poke at it, though it’s a fun, light hour if you don’t expect anything serious.
