Summary

Esme comes up with a plan to break into the Trask facility and rescue the prisoners, but it requires Andy and Lauren to go on a side mission that requires them to use their newfound joint power.

Our Take

This one feels like table-setting for a midseason climax, with a heist plan that takes forever to actually get moving. The Lauren and Andy stuff is the highlight since their combined power finally gets room to breathe, but Esme’s scheming telegraphs itself way too early. Fine as connective tissue, just don’t expect much payoff until next week.
