Episode Summary & Review
Summary
After Robert’s failed attempt to kill Jonah, the Deans tell Jonah that he’ll have to get his own sacrifice. Meanwhile, rifts open up between Chase and Gert, and Nico and Karolina.
Our Take
The parents’ side of the story carries this one, with the Deans squirming under Jonah’s demands making for some genuinely tense scenes. The teen relationship drama, especially Chase and Gert, starts to feel like treading water. It’s a decent middle-of-the-road hour that moves pieces around without much payoff, so fine to watch but not one you’ll remember.
