A welcome flashback episode that finally gives Tina her due, showing how she landed at the Original Beef after a brutal stretch of unemployment. Liza Colon-Zayas does quiet, weary work here and the whole hour feels smaller and more human than the restaurant’s usual chaos. It’s slow in spots and light on plot, but the emotional payoff lands. Worth your time, especially if you’ve grown attached to Tina.
