Our Take
A quieter episode that mostly works because it lets Sydney sit with a real decision instead of rushing her through it. The paper towel shortage is a small thing that smartly exposes bigger cracks in how the restaurant is being run. Some stretches feel like treading water, but the Sydney material earns the hour.
