Amazon’s love letter to gaming: fifteen shorts, each set in a different game universe — Armored Core (Keanu Reeves as a mech pilot, one of the best pieces of mecha animation ever aired), Warhammer 40K (the best 40K adaptation in any medium, in ten minutes), Pac-Man (a genuinely horrifying reimagining that turns the maze into a cosmic-hell loop), Mega Man (a moving robot-awakening piece), Sifu, and more — animated by Blur Studio with feature-film CG.

The quality swings (some shorts are ads with better production values), but the peaks are stunning: the 40K short alone justifies the anthology, the Armored Core piece proves mecha deserves this discipline, and the Pac-Man horror short is the kind of remix anthology TV was built for. It’s the gaming generation’s Love, Death & Robots — uneven, ambitious, and at its best, spectacular.
