Kaitlin Olson doing what Kaitlin Olson does best: playing a terrible person forced into responsibility. Mickey, a grifting degenerate, flees to Greenwich, Connecticut to escape her ex-boyfriend’s goons and ends up the legal guardian of her estranged sister’s three monstrous rich kids — Sabrina the scheming teen, Chip the status-obsessed middle child, and Ben the tiny feral one — when sis and her husband flee the country ahead of a fraud indictment. The premise is Uncle Buck with a felony warrant; the execution is Always-Sunny-adjacent anarchy.

Olson’s fearlessness (physical comedy, moral collapse, genuine affection breaking through the grift) is the engine — she’s the best comic actress on TV and this is her showcase. The kids are superb, especially Sofia Black-D’Elia’s Sabrina, whose cold war with Mickey over who’s the bigger con artist is the show’s central duel. Canceled after two seasons, because Fox never knows what it has until it’s dead.

Verdict: Watch it. The funniest show about wealth inequality ever made, by accident.
