Gundam at its most brutal and most beautiful. In the Thunderbolt Sector, a lawless shoal zone of the One Year War, a sniper pilot named Io Fleming and a Zeon ace named Daryl Lorenz hunt each other through wreckage to a jazz soundtrack that should not work and absolutely does.
Short, vicious, and visually stunning, this is war without speeches, just two men killing each other’s friends in a graveyard of colonies. The extended cuts add more story, and the music makes it unlike anything else in the franchise.
