Chris Harris on Cars

Our Review
This is the Chris Harris footage that got him the Top Gear job. Before the BBC came calling, Harris was hooning hypercars on YouTube with a camera crew and zero interest in press-release journalism. The Mercedes C63 AMG “Experiment” where he buys the car to keep instead of borrow it. The McLaren MP4-12C he lived with. Drifting a BMW M5 next to a GT-R just to see which one he’d take home.
The BBC America version packaged the best of those films for television: mischievous, insightful, and properly driven. Seven half hours of a man who can actually drive, saying what he actually thinks, about the fastest cars money can buy. No costume, no script, no pretending a bad car is good.
If you know Harris from Top Gear or his later work, this is the raw source. If you don’t, this is still the most honest car reviewing ever filmed. The cars are older now but the driving hasn’t aged a day.
