Our Review
Mike Musto’s love letter to American muscle. /BIG MUSCLE spent four seasons hunting down the muscle cars that actually get driven, and the people who love them. The catch: Musto wanted cars with story. Hobbyists, not shops. Regular people who poured years into a Chevelle or a Road Runner because something about that car got under their skin.
That is what makes this different from every other muscle car show. You get the burnouts and the big blocks, sure, but you also get the guy who bought his Charger in 1989 and has been wrenching on it ever since. The episode about the car is really an episode about the person.
Musto knows his history cold and he drives everything he films. Launched on the /DRIVE network in 2012, it built the loyal following that still follows him today. If Detroit iron is your religion, this is the show that understands the faith.
