Season 2 goes deeper and wobbles: Ted’s panic attacks (handled with real care), Rebecca’s unexpected romance, Nate’s slow curdle from kit man to villain — but the diamond dogs overstay and the sermonizing gets thicker. Still ends beautifully: the FA Cup run, the funeral speech, Roy’s sideline.
