Summary
The villains allied with The Light hold a meeting to determine the fate of Earth.
Our Take
A villains-only board meeting shouldn’t be this exciting, but the double crosses and shifting alliances keep every scene tense. The voice cast clearly has a blast playing the bad guys off each other, and the payoff to two seasons of scheming mostly lands. A few plot threads wrap up too conveniently, but this is a gripping hour that earns its place near the top of the season.
