Our Take
The second half of this two-parter mostly lands because the Jim and Pam material finally earns its drama after weeks of buildup, though the resolution feels a bit fast for something the season dragged out so long. Dwight’s assistant scheme is reliably funny, and Andy’s exit is handled with more grace than he probably deserves. A strong setup for the finale.
