This is the episode where the show finally lets the kitchen fully unravel, and the chaos feels earned rather than manufactured. Ayo Edebiri gets room to show why Sydney is the show’s secret weapon, problem-solving while everyone else melts down. It’s tense and occasionally exhausting to sit through, but that’s clearly the point. Worth your time.
