Bunny Raven or How to Make a Titananimal Disappear

Episode Summary & Review

Summary

Raven and her fellow Titans find themselves trapped in the Amazing Mumbo’s hat, when their attempt to interrupt his performance results in him transporting them to another dimension.

Our Take

This is one of the show’s weirder outings, and honestly it works better than it should. Mumbo’s magic-hat world lets the animators cut loose with surreal gags and visual tricks you don’t normally get on a kids’ action show, and the animal transformations are good for real laughs. The plot is thin, but it never drags. Worth a watch for the creativity alone.
