Episode Summary & Review
Summary
With loved ones beside him, Gus goes on a treacherous journey into the cave to find a cure once and for all. Meanwhile, chaos breaks out at the outpost.
Our Take
A quiet, heavy hour that finally pays off the season’s long walk toward the cave, and the emotional beats land better than the plot mechanics. The outpost chaos feels like a distraction wedged in to fill time, but the cave scenes give Gus a real sense of closure. Worth watching, especially if you’ve stuck with the kids this far.
