Our Take
This is a tense hour that finally pays off the season’s slow burn, with the lab lockdown giving everything a claustrophobic kick. The unlikely hero moment lands better than expected, mostly because the show doesn’t oversell it. Some of the emotional beats feel a bit familiar, but the creature effects and rising dread more than make up for that. Worth your time.
