Summary
Steven and the Cool Kids start a band, but they have trouble finding their sound.
Our Take
A fun side trip that gives Sadie’s arc some real room to breathe. The band’s goofy horror-rock aesthetic lands surprisingly well, and the songs are catchier than they have any right to be. It’s mostly setup with a hint of something darker underneath, but the character work carries it. Worth your time, even if you came for the main plot.
