Our Take
A pirate adventure in space sounds like a detour, but this one lands because it finally gives Lars a real identity beyond his arc’s early awkwardness. The action is brisk, the banter between the crew members clicks, and the emotional gut punch near the end recontextualizes everything. Worth the watch, even if the Homeworld plot waits another week.
