Summary
Amethyst has been helping Little Homeschool Gems find jobs on the boardwalk, but Steven isn’t sure about her approach.
Our Take
A quieter episode that leans on character work over plot, and mostly it works. Amethyst’s loose, trust-the-kids philosophy bumping against Steven’s need to fix things sets up a decent tension, though the resolution comes a bit too easily. Worth watching for the Steven’s-control-issues thread it quietly plants, even if the boardwalk stuff feels thin.
