Summary
Darius sets up Alex for betrayal, while Janet turns to James for help deciphering the Abstract. Meanwhile, the Runaways try to practice as a team but find themselves at odds without Alex there.
Our Take
A middling hour that splits its focus too many ways, though the team training scenes finally give the kids something to do together besides bicker in a basement. Alex’s storyline with Darius carries real tension, but the Janet and James material drags badly. Worth watching for the character friction alone, just don’t expect the plot to move much.
