Our Take
A visually inventive hour that mostly spins its wheels. The David and Oliver torture scenes have some striking imagery, but the cycle of interrogation and mind games gets repetitive fast. Melanie and Syd’s conversation carries real weight, though it’s not enough to make the episode feel essential. Watchable, but you won’t miss much skimming this one.
