Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Jessica and Trish prepare for the final faceoff against Kilgrave, but things don’t go as planned. Meanwhile, nurse Claire Temple helps Luke when the doctors are unable to treat him due to his impenetrable skin.
Our Take
The finale lands the emotional payoff between Jessica and Kilgrave, and Krysten Ritter sells every second of it. The pacing stumbles though, with a hospital detour and some rushed decisions that undercut the tension the season spent twelve episodes building. Still a satisfying close to a strong debut season, even if it plays safer than you’d expect.
