Summary
While Danny deals with life in a psychiatric hospital, Ward tries to bribe Colleen into signing papers that will let him commit Danny permanently. Meanwhile, Joy gets indisputable proof that Danny is who he claims.
Our Take
The psychiatric hospital setting gives this episode a claustrophobic tone that mostly works, though it leans hard on familiar “nobody believes the hero” beats. Finn Jones is better here than in the premiere, and the Ward and Colleen scenes add some needed tension. It’s a decent holding pattern hour, but you’ll feel the show spinning its wheels in places.
