Summary
Louise travels to Hawaii to investigate the mysterious teleportation glitches from the moon to the earth. Meanwhile, Black Bolt is arrested, Gorgon makes friends, Medusa catches a bus, Karnak’s power falters, and Maximus tries to recruit Crystal to his side.
Our Take
The Hawaii setting at least gives this episode some visual personality, and a couple of fish-out-of-water moments land better than they should. But the plot moves in awkward fits and starts, with Karnak’s storyline feeling like filler and Maximus still stuck as a cartoon villain. Fine if you’re already committed, but it won’t win over anyone new.
