Summary
Cullen makes a decision to ensure his family’s safety. Meanwhile, Campbell hires a new federal marshal to clean up the streets.
Our Take
This one coasts on setup, spending most of its hour positioning pieces for the finale without delivering much punch on its own. The new marshal subplot adds some tension, and Cullen’s choice lands with real weight, but the pacing sags badly in the middle stretch. Fine for completists, though casual viewers can safely skim.
