Summary
Mole’s Town receives unexpected visitors. Littlefinger’s motives are questioned. Ramsay attempts to prove himself to his father. Tyrion’s fate is decided.
Our Take
The last ten minutes here are some of the best television this show ever produced, with the trial by combat delivering a payoff that’s genuinely shocking no matter how prepared you think you are. The rest of the hour is slower, and the Mole’s Town material feels like filler, but it builds enough tension to make the ending land. Worth it for the finale alone.
