Summary
Charros owner Sebastian Cisneros agrees to pull out all the stops in promoting Kenny Powersʼ return to organized baseball, but Kenny loses motivation after learning a secret about April from an old friend.
Our Take
This one sags in the middle, spending too long on setup jokes that don’t really land before Kenny’s latest tantrum kicks in. The side characters get some decent material, and the baseball promotion stuff has a few laughs, but the April storyline mostly just stalls things out. Fine if you’re already committed to the season, but nobody’s missing much if they skim it.
