Summary
As they struggle to function as a cohesive group, the Doom Patrol are confronted by a horrifying realization in the future.
Our Take
A decent season opener that leans hard into the show’s usual blend of gloom and weirdness. The future-set horror stuff lands well and gives the team a reason to actually talk to each other, though the bickering stretches thin in spots. It’s a slow burn that mostly sets the table rather than delivering a full meal, but fans should enjoy it.
