Summary
Dorothy and the Candlemaker finally faceoff, while the Doom Patrol, now freed from their wax encasings, face troubling side effects. Rita holds the key, but is she ready to answer the call?
Our Take
A decent season opener that shakes off the wax and gets everyone moving again, even if the aftermath feels a bit scattered. Rita’s big moment lands well and gives the hour some real weight, while Dorothy’s storyline wraps with less punch than it deserved. Worth watching if you’re already on board, just don’t expect the show’s best.
