Summary
People connected to the Central Park massacre are brutally gunned down, but Karen suspects that someone is setting Punisher up for a fall. Meanwhile, Matt convinces Claire to look after the Hand prisoners, but it turns out that they may not be as helpless as they appear.
Our Take
This hour splits its attention between courtroom fallout and creepy hospital weirdness, and the balance mostly holds. Karen gets good material investigating the frame job, though some of the Hand prisoner scenes drag before the payoff hits. It’s a solid setup episode that builds dread well, even if it feels like table-setting for bigger things. Worth your time if you’re this deep in.
