Our Take
A surprisingly quiet, melancholy finale after all that carnage, and it works because the show earns it. Dracula’s last moments land harder than any fight scene, and the final conversation between him and Alucard is genuinely moving. The Carmilla thread feels a bit unfinished, but as an ending to this chapter, it’s a strong, sad hour that sticks with you.
