Our Take
This is the episode where the season’s slow build pays off, delivering some of the best-animated action the show has managed so far. The fights are brutal and inventive, but the real punch comes when the violence turns personal and grief starts doing more damage than any whip. It’s a heavy, satisfying hour that sets up the finale perfectly.
