Summary
Jules visits Jim, who gives her a tour of New Orleans. They reconnect for an evening, but have trouble figuring out the new terms of their relationship.
Our Take
This one’s a quieter, slower episode, and it mostly works because Hank Azaria and Amanda Peet are genuinely good together, even when the script gives them thin material. The New Orleans wandering has some charm but drags in stretches, and the “what are we now” conversations circle the same point too many times. Fine as a breather episode, just don’t expect big laughs or any real plot movement.
