Summary

Hank deals with some lingering aftereffects from his confrontation with Tuco; bills are piling up at the White house and tensions are beginning to run high; Jesse organizes a crew of dealers to take their product to the streets.

Our Take

Hank’s PTSD arrives: panic attacks in elevators, a violent reaction to a soda can’s pop, and a man who’d kill for his family suddenly unable to stand in a parking garage. Walt, meanwhile, has his own unraveling — the second cell phone, the lies compounding, Skyler catching the gaps. Jesse assembles his crew (Badger, Skinny Pete, Combo) to deal while Walt cooks solo. The season’s middle act repositions everyone: the empire grows teeth while the people holding it up start to crack.
