Summary
Baltar goes on trial for his life, and it affects everyone from Lee on up to the president.
Our Take
A courtroom episode that actually earns its tension, mostly because Baltar’s trial forces every character to take a side and some of them end up looking worse than the defendant. James Callis is predictably great, and the Lee speech lands harder than expected. The weird music stuff creeping in at the edges feels like a detour, but it pays off soon. Worth your time.
