Summary
Besides having to deal with the loss of Kara Thrace, the crew of the Galactica is also charged with the security surrounding the trial of Dr. Baltar and his defense attorney, who is replacing one lawyer that has already been killed.
Our Take
A mostly courtroom hour that works better than it should, mostly because Romo Lampkin is a genuinely fun addition and the pickpocketing lawyer bit gives the trial arc some personality. The Starbuck grief material feels like it’s treading water until that final scene lands hard. Slow in stretches, but it sets the table well for the finale.
