Summary
When Zeta and Ro come to Gotham City, the android finds himself separated and manipulated by Mad Stan into one of his terrorist bombing schemes.
Our Take
A crossover with The Zeta Project that never quite justifies itself, this is a busy but thin hour. Mad Stan is a fun unhinged villain, and Zeta’s earnest android routine has its moments, but the plot runs on coincidences and Ro gets little to do. Fine if you like the characters already, skippable otherwise.
